Which can cause food poisoning so make sure your food is fully cooked and the dairy products are pasteurized.

Try to drink less caffeine and products like coffee tea and other drinks. Because it causes an increase in heart rate of the baby so it is better to avoid these caffeine products.

This month we will get a craving for the street foods but try to make it at your home. Because if you eat street food it will get the chances of bacterial infections and it will cause you to develop a baby.

If you have diabetes, thyroid, blood pressure, and other diseases make sure you consult with your doctor about your diet.

try to avoid candor foods because it contains food preservatives that can harm your baby it includes BPA which increases the risk of miscarriage.

5. Exercise Precautions During third  Month

I hope you are doing a workout daily. Make sure while doing a workout you should do 5 minutes warm-up before starting the exercise.

If you are starting today don’t work out more than five minutes after that you can add 5 minutes every day in your workout ideally you should do a workout for 30 minutes.

While doing exercise for yoga make sure you didn’t do a balancing exercise also avoid horse riding Downhill skiing water skiing and cycling while rainy days.

You should do 150 minutes to 60 minutes workouts for the week. If you want to add on roof interior accessories do it with your partner or your friends or join classes.

Do execercise but with taking proper precaution in third month of pregnancy.

i. Don’t Smoke

If you are a chain smoker this is the best time to quit your cigarette also remember that don’t go in contact with someone who is smoking because passive smoking is also harmful to the baby.

It increases the chances of miscarriage, birth defects like premature birth, low birth weight, infant death, cleft lip, and cleft palate.

What about E-Cigarettes? We all know it has less harmful substances but e-cigarettes contain nicotine and it’s still not safe during pregnancy. It can damage the brain and lungs of the baby.

ii. Avoid Alcohol    

There is no minimum amount of alcohol is safe in the first month of pregnancy because digesting is very risky and also it can affect baby development. It can cause abnormal facial features and growth and central nervous system problems. And possibilities of behavioral and intellectual disabilities.

iii. Avoid to clean animal litter

Don’t avoid your pet but avoid its cleaning litter it contains harmful parasites so it can develop miscarriage or stillbirth and can develop serious health problems like mental disabilities and vision problems.

iv. Avoid Sauna

Avoid the sauna and hot tub, steam room. It can result in dehydration and overheating, also the possibility that you lose your heat by sweating. And your body temperature rises will affect the baby’s development.
